Eleven-year-old Kathy, spending the summer with her aunt in her old family mansion, is visited by the ghost of a beautiful woman who died in the nineteenth century. This description may be from another edition of this product.
This story by Norma Lehr is a very good story to introduce the blunt protaganist Kathy Wicklow. Kathy is a good character and has discovered that she has dreams that tell her things, and when she goes to spend a month with and aunt that she hasn't really ever met her gift helps her to solve a mystery. The book is like the others fast paced and well written. It is geared to younger children but it is certainly going to hold their intrest with the ghost part of the plot. I would recomend this to any one who wants to read a good story.
