Who in the cell church movement in the world has not heard of Ralph Neighbour? His book "the Shepherds guidebook", is one of those classics that reveal the heart of its author as well the heart of the cell church movement, cell leaders who understand they are undershepherds of the Great Shepherd Christ Jesus. What undergirds this book is the passion of Uncle Ralph (as the author is fondly called) for men and women who will take their calling with all seriousness and zeal. The end result will be a stronger church and a more vital and viable witness to the world at large.
