Excellent Relationship Savior

I was recently offered to read this book:'"the 7 Dumbest Relationship mistakes Smart people make." Although i had found the title very " catchy" , i could not at first bring myself to read it in one single shot. However, when i started reading it i could not put it down. I have since then suggested it to all of my friends. It is really a must read for all who are in a relationship( that you are saving or want to keep healthy ) or is about to start a new relationship etc.. . The author gives you the recipe on how to maintain a healthy relationship based on facts expereinced not only from a personal point of view but with the many patients and couples that she has had counseled over the years. In my opinion, if this book is read and its tactics applied we would definitely see a statistical decrease in the many failed marriages that ended up in divorce. This book is not redundant, we have all at some point forced intimacy, played the martyr, expected our mate to read our mind, assumed that we are always right, rescued our mate, take our mate for granted and last but not least let the passion die in our relationship. The " truth" on finding out why we act the way we do and perhaps how even will ultimately be found while turning the 200 and some pages of this book. If you know of anyone who is having relationship problems or wants to start anew, listen to them and then suggest that book. It is real eye opener. ...Excellent Self Help for those who are willing and ready to change for the best.

The 7 dumbest relationship mistakes smart people make

This book is EXCELLENT and I am recommending it to everyone I know. It's clear way of describing the dynamic of what and why we repeat and how to fix, these really damaging mistakes are clearly laid out. I have a large body of knowledge from reading over the last 20 years and this is a great book, concisely practical and very specific. I love lots of authors on this subject and this gal is at the top of my list for now. It is useful for any type of relationship. It made me feel "normal" while not excusing bad behavior.Well done Carolyn...

Lucky seven!

Here's a toast to the eighth dumbest mistake: banging your secretary in the supply room at the company "Holiday Party," though I must say it didn't really feel like a mistake.

Very Good! A wake-up call!

This book caught my attention! Find out if you are controlling or dependant. Are you trying to chase your partner? Are you wondering why he/she is pushing you away? If so, then the problem could be YOU! You need to be happy w/yourself before you can get love from someone else! This book covers all the bases. My mate wanted more freedom. Well, I tried to control my mate. Saying "I love you" too soon can scare anyone away! I had to give my partner space! But, you can only give your partner space if, and only if, you feel confident in yourself! If you need balance in your relationship, then this book is for you!

A life-changing must-read for anyone who cares about anyone.

Years of marriage counseling for about 15 bucks. "Seven Dumbest" is filled with useful help for improving your relationship with your current or future significant other. It turns out that advice for "big R" Relationships is useful for "little r" relationships as well. Very readable. Give copies to your friends so that they too will know how to work on a rewarding, balanced Relationship.
