Very good book. Every chapter is an exercise to improve your self esteem. Glad I bought it.

Helpful book with short Exercises that don't bog you down

This is a helpful book, especially when working with clients that don't want to read through pages and pages of information. The exercises are helpful and easy to explain. It is focused on self-esteem and dealing with the "inner critic."

A great personal, teaching and counseling tool

As a counselor, I'm always looking for new books and ideas to engage clients... this book has some wonderful exercises and the comentary is quite enlightening as well. I bought one for myself and then bought one for my adult daughter. I love the 'five finger exercise!'
