Cynthia who has a husband breaks it off. Virgil contemplates suicide but is rescued by Samantha, a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Samantha rehabilitates Virgil with medication and psychotherapy.

The two join with Stephen a psychiatrist in solo practice to form the Secret Clinic. They treat Social Phobia, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction. and PTSD patients.
