Many years ago, in the town of Haddenfield, Illinois, a boy named Michael Myers murdered his sister with a knife. Later, he returned to town on Halloween night to kill again. The only ones who knew... This description may be from another edition of this product.
An overall good story, but as an avid fan of the Halloween movies there were some things that bothered me. Michael Myers growling? The Myers house seems to be on a totally different road instead of 45 Lampkin Lane? The author definitely needed a history lesson on the franchise. However, if you are a fan of the movies you will like this just for nostalgia’s sake.
A VERY cool book

I read The Mad House before this and loved it. This book was a lot better than The Mad house. It is about 4 teenagers that throw a halloween party at the City Hall. Later that night Michael Myers starts the Halloween massacre. I recommend this book to anyone who loves horror movies or Michael Myers. It is better than the Eric Morse Friday the 13th series.
this was the best book i ever read.

the scream factory was a very good book for michael myers fans everywhere and for just plain old horror fans. I know probably any single fact about any halloween movie and i collect any piece of history i can from the movies. but the scream factory had good description and a lot of gore but thats just the way myers is.the only thing i dont understand is when this takes place and where is the original laurie from the first 2 movies . And where is doctor loomis michaels doctor the only person who knows how to kill him. or is the next series of the halloween movies that somehow takes place after h20 its above us all. the only thing is kelly o" rourke isn't the best person that comprehends myers but she did alright. It was a great book i reccomend it to all horror and myers fans everywhere. p.s. if theres anyone out there that has about the same knowledge of myers as me , e-mail me . and i'd like to know if there still out on the shelves , because i can't find them anywhere and i look for them always.
the best i book i ever read!

Well, a friend of mine recommened me this book. At first i thought it would suck until she mentioned Michael Myers. Now i am a huge fan of the Halloween movies so i read the book. It's not exactly like the movies but it does have Michael Myers and the Myers house in it. It may not be like the movies but it's still a GREAT book. The suspence, gore, and storyline are great! I'd reccomend this book to anyone. Horror fan or not!
