Meh

I’m interested in the idea of the book but ultimately it was like Unlikable Female Characters (a book I LOVED last year) but not as good 😬 I wanted the chapters to deep dive into the movies mentioned but mostly it seemed like the dedicated movie for each chapter was just a spring board to deep dive into other movies. It wasn’t a terrible book, it was interesting and I still, you know, learned stuff. I just expected more.
