Great Leadership Primer

This is a excellent primer into sales leadership. I have read it about 3 times now and I continually pull from it when I need inspiration on motivating my sales team. I was so impressed with it that I bought additional copies for my new sales leaders who have minimal experience in leading others to success.

Excellent Sales Training Book!!

I read this book and absolutely loved it. It is very "nuts and bolts" with scores of very useful, practical instruction. The sports theme is comfortable, and it is a quick read. You can jump from chapter to chapter, because each one stands on its own. I have met Nathan and can attest that he has learned these lessons first hand and is sharing his personal experiences. You should get this book - read it, apply it, share it, and if you are in a position to do so, invite Nathan to help train your staff.

Nathan Jamail brings "helping others to become successful" to a new height with, "The Sales Leaders Playbook." I have been a sales professional for almost 20 years and have read a lot of books. Nathans simple approach is easy to follow but more importantly I believe that he ties everything together in such a way that makes it easy to duplicate. I believe the ideas and strategies outlined in Nathans book will soon be adopted by sales organizations around the world as the "go to" guide for performance based organizations everywhere. I know that I certainly am inspired and excited by the possibilities. "The Sales Leaders Playbook" has made me stronger and more confident as a leader. CONFIDENCE=COMPETENCE!

A must read

This was a great pick up! We all have those moments where we have to stop, take a deep breath and organize our thoughts and processes. For someone that is rather new to the corporate world of sales, this was a "must buy" for me. It has motivated me to take action within my organization that doesn't really have a set in motion game plan with developing their ground salesforce other than "here are your goals, go get it". A great book for those that want to do more than just be a follower.

The most practical sales management book I have ever read

I am a director of sales for a fortune 200 company. Nathan Jamail's book "The Sales Leaders Playbook" is the most practical hands on sales management book I have ever read. Nathan uses sports analogies in a candid everyday style that gives advice on how to apply management techniques in a motivating and effective way. The true beauty of his book is that it is written with stand alone chapters. If you are a sales manager and need a refresher course on how to do a field ride then you can go to that chapter and get a great 10 minute refresher course. He covers topics such as field rides, sales meetings, one on ones, how to deal with bad attitudes and many more topics. I read Nathan's book on a weekend and could not wait to get to work Monday! My only complaint is how long it will be until his next book comes out! Brad Warkins Director of Sales
