Fun Historical Fiction

I am an elementary school librarian with a "Reading Road Trip, U.S.A." program. I found this book to be a great addition to our Hawaii collection. The illustrations give the feel for the island, the story gives a picture of the time in the late 1800's of Island royalty, and the storyline is one that any child will relate to.
