Have you had to dig deep into your soul to find the resources of faith that will provide you the sustenance needed to carry out an insurmountable task? If you have, then you know what it means to care for a terminally ill patient."The Rose Beyond the Wall" goes beyond a children's book, it has a message for parents as well, a message that suggests we often dimiss our children from tragic times by neither giving them ear nor allowing them to help. Rachel, who is the protagonist in this story, is a forthright young lady. She is confident that her relationship with her Grandmother is sufficient to guide her in her actions. These actions create a three-way bond between Her (Rachel) her Grandmother, and you the reader. "The Rose Beyond the Wall", is an excellent book for children who may be in a similar position as Rachel. Whether the terminally ill person is at home or the hospital, this book can surely help youth understand illness and death. My belief is that the best adult reading is in childrens' books because it is there that we are reminded of the pure and simple truths of life, and it is there that we find that the rose does truly bloom beyond the wall.

It was great i loved reading it and would read it again.

I had to read a book for a book report and I usually I hate having to finish the book but with this book I couldn't put it down it was so good I loved it and I can't wait to get it so I can read it again and again.
