Method was developed for the purification of hCG receptor from detergent soluble membranes extracts of epithelial ovarian cancer by gel filtration chromatography using Sepharose CL-6B column (1.5 x 87cm) and affinity chromatography using hCG-Sepharose affinity column (2 x 8cm) .The purification fold was 8,538 fold.
