Rocket Science At Its Best. Serious Teen Science

The entire Rick Brant Science Adventure Series is a Time Step-up from Tom Swift who introduced basic physics to the generation before. The Rockets Shadow is the first in a grand series that prepared the generation that Pres. Kennedy called upon for his venture to the Moon. I love this book and think present day Teens should love it, even if they think it historical, it shows such high respect for Teen's Abilities to Experiment and Accomplish, Remember it is Science Fiction but, Down to Earth. As for similar authors, Dickerson's Tom Swift Racing Aquadisk stages a meeting of Rick Brant and Tom Swift. Heinlein's Space Cadet an intro to the Space Age Highlighting Youth!
