This book starts with much fanfare for a birthday party to end all parties at A. Khashoggi's Spanish Villa. There are lots of details on this "Saudi son's" sales promos and intrigues, then squeezes of defense corporation contacts for the required "tribute", for he is from a Muslim elite and non-Muslim's must pay tribute/retaineers. It's another reason for reducing our consumption of oil. The book arrived in good condition considering that it was a printed in 1986 by Warner Books, and not done in their best typeset. Well preserved over 20 years, though.
