Life-Changing

I bought this book and tried it and lost over 40 pounds in three months. I continued to lose weight after that, but soon learned that after 12 years of trying to have a baby that I was pregnant. I had been through countless fertility treatments and none worked. I have a beautiful son who we adopted also. I really think that by ridding my body of processed foods and basically junk, my body recognized this and was able to have a baby. This really is a healthy way to eat and change your lifestyle. I even think that I seemed happier while eating this way! I just went shopping yesterday and I am back on the reverse diet and hoping to lose the baby weight! I know that with the Reverse Diet that I can do it. I also went and bought a stationary bike for the house also. I highly reccomend this book to anyone who would like to change his or her life for the better!

I lost 5 lbs the first week!

I love this program. I have used it after both of my pregnancies and have had great results. I have lost 5 lbs the first week, and I even cheated a little bit. My only compaint is eating the same food for so long. But even if you can only do it for a while it's a great jump start to help you lose weight and get motivated.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!

I had this exact same experience 3 years ago, and actually started writing a book--I was that excited! But it languished and I'm thrilled someone else carried it forward. The Reverse diet is unlike anything I have EVER found before in my life. This book is Great. It tells You in Black and White just what to do. It is not the same Plan for everyone, You can make Your own eating plan according to the guidlines. Not one Diet Plan has Ever helped me like this one. I don't feel like I am on a diet. I don't even crave those unhealthy foods because there is such a variety of foods, if cooked the right way that are so good. You miss nothing and it does work. If You want to loose weight, this is the only way I could ever do it and you keep it off too. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to loose 10 pounds to 100. It Works, It really does. An effective philosophy..

The book emphasizes the single factor that makes people overweight - a heavy dinner. Eating more calories later in the day inevitably leads to weight gain, and Tricia presents a simple, yet powerful plan that works wonders. I especially like the fact that it does not involve 'restrictions' like many of the diet books available today. It takes some getting used to, especially the thought of eating a 'traditional dinner' for breakfast, but it's a simple way to break the chain of unhealthy eating (skipping breakfast, a late lunch and a heavy dinner) that plagues us. I like the step-by-step plan, along with the listings of portions and recipies. It may be challenging at first like all diet plans, but if you stick with it, you will lose weight safely and keep it off.
