Gutsy and grabby

This gutsy story grabbed me on page one and didn't let go. Original, imaginative, entertaining. Two reasons I didn't give that fifth star: 1) Too much hyperbole; if I had to read about Frankie's head about to explode -- just one more time -- MY head would have exploded. 2) I never give five stars to authors that have the audacity to include a "reader's guide" or "book club questionnaire." While I may have enjoyed your book, I've moved on. The implication that you expect and deserve more time and attention doesn't sit well with me. The only folks that get away with such hijinx teach college literature and, believe me, your work is probably not in the syllabus. Having vented, I highly recommend "Revenge." P.S., I figured out who-done-it pretty early on, but that didn't detract from the enjoyment of reading this fine book!
