No other book like this for redheads

This book told me so much stuff about redheads it was simply amazing! If you want to find out neat stuff on history, science, and a lot of reference to redheads in movies, tv, songs, and quotes making youfeel good about being a redhead, this book did it for me. I don't know what the other reader's beef was about the Judds, cuz they didn't even rate a full page in the book! But if you want to know all the facts, good and bad, about redheads... don't miss this book - there aren't any other ones like it.

Excellent source for Redhead info!

The "Redhead Encyclopedia" I feel is very interesting and fascinating with stories of folklore and historical facts. I enjoyed reading the book very much. The information provided in the book on Redhead celebrities is most entertaining. This book is great for making us Redheads feel confident and important. I enthusiastically recommend this book as a gift for your favorite redhead friend or family member!

Very interesting for redheads

It was wonderful for my son and myself to read this book. As natural redheads, we've seen the "good and bad" of having redhair, from teasing to compliments. The Redhead Encyclopedia points out the unique history of redheads, how they were perceived in different cultures and quite a few facts I never knew! I am a little perplexed by some of the other reviews on this book regarding "dyed redheads". I've always thought that the Judds were natural redheads, and I don't know how the author (who I understand has redhair and has met the Judds) could absolutely verify that some of the celebrities were natural, other than what they told him. I think it's a compliment when people try to dye their hair red! They're trying to copy my hair color and that is flattering, isn't it? Out of curiosity, I did some research on Malcolm X, and in fact he WAS a natural redhead! All in all, if you're only wanting to find out a "tattle-tale" list of who's a natural redhead and who's not, your missing the point - this is a must-read for any redhead and it gives you a fabulous new take on having redhair!

Red read the book

As a natural redhead, I found the book very enjoyable and informative. There were many facts in the book that I did not know. Even though some of the redheads he listed were not natural, I know that no matter how hard they try, they can't be as good as us naturals.
