This double book collection, was written by, and for the Empath and/or Hypersensitive introvert scapegoat of their narcissistic family. The first book, is methods, tips and techniques to help regain control of emotions, find emotional balance in their lives and embrace their unique and authentic personality, while helping to healing the damage of a lifetime of narcissistic family abuse. The second book is about the reality of going no-contact with narcissistic family members. It is a short book filled with things to consider, and questions you might want to honestly ask yourself before deciding if going no-contact is right for you. I have combined these two books into one, as a personal guide for other Empath and hypersensitive people, just like myself, to help them along their journey into healing. It is my personal experiences, views and opinions, shared with you the reader, in the attempt to guide and help, through my sharing of what has worked for me. I am not a counselor, therapist or doctor, I am a narcissistic family abuse, survivor. I graciously invite readers to email me personally, after reading this book, with their opinions, views and suggestions regarding this (or any of my books). My email is located on my Amazon, authors profile biography. * Please be aware that I am a self published author. I humbly ask that any errors found be forgiven, as my intention was to share the tips, advice and information with a very specific group of readers (Empath and/or Hypersensitive Introverts of Narcissistic families) and the cost of hiring an editor would have made publication impossible. My honest and heart felt desire is to share information that helped me on my journey into healing, believing that sharing this information will help others like myself.
