Craig Hall is an extremely successful real estate investor. In this book, he teaches readers how to make money in real estate by investing in distressed properties. For those readers looking for a book on how to make money in real estate without much effort, this book is not for you. The author stresses that property management experience is essential because the turnaround will require a day-to-day operation of the property. For those who do not have the experience, he suggests getting a job at a property management firm or buying a small and stable property and running it for a year to gain experience.
