The perfect book for those learning to read.

A perfect book for the starting reader. It's colorful pictures are attractive to children and reminiscent of our own childhood bedtime stories. It's gender neutral so it can easily be passed through siblings. My 5 year old took to this book easily and BEGS to read it to me- a great sign considering it's not a Barbie or Princess book. The repeatitive phrases and wording are encouraging to her and help her feel accomplished with each page turn.
