Okay....

So this isn't really a novel. ...It's basically a cookbook with a couple pages worth of dialogue. I wouldn't have bought it, if I would have known how little story there actually was. Oh well.

Great find

I have been looking for these recipes since reading the series. Can't wait to try all of them! Oh, the book was great too. The Elm Creek Quilters have become family.

Kitchen & Recipes

Before purchasing this book I read the reviews. Some discounted the reflections made in the story, as being repeats. I felt this book went back to the series and provided new information on the characters that was not discussed in previous books. It was a quick read and the recipes were pretty good as well. I enjoyed the reflections and the opportunities that Sarah & Sylvia had to reflect on the items that they came across while getting ready for the Kitchen remodel. It was very refreshing.

Scrumptious Feast

this read inspires me to prepare and gather loved ones around the kitchen table to enjoy as well as share childhood memories of favorite foods, traditions, memories of memorable places and meals, recipes to exchange. Even if one doesn't like the read, it inspires you to get in contact with loved ones to share memories, your kitchen treasures and the stories behind them and possibly inspire you to renovate your kitchen!

The quilters kitchen

I love all the books. it was just to short. Would have liked to read more on how the kitchen was finialized.
