Good Book

This book talks about quality in healthcare organizations in a very easy to read, easy to understand method. It provides good, high level ideas and explains how to acheive them at all levels: C-suites, managers, front line staff...etc.

Great Introduction for understanding and incorporating Quality

This book is a great starting point to help frontline managers (especially new ones) understand their role as leaders in participating actively in the performance improvement and quality management process. I hope to share this information as a beneficial tool to the nursing then ancillary leaders.
