Dr Snyder differentiates will power and way power in hope. That makes sense. He shows the correlations of hope with many positive factors. I agree with him that hope is more than optimism, which sounds like blaming others. Hope looks forward. Teaching hope is difficult. I like some ideas dr. Snyder presents, but some are bit too easy. A well-eritten book on difficult topic.
