Companion to "The Sense of Responsibility in Society"

In many ways the two books, "The Sense of Responsibility in Society" and "The Psychology of Cooperation and Group Consciousness" go together, hand in hand, so to speak. Because one cannot have group consciousness without a true sense of responsibility to others, without a sense of unity and ONENESS with ALL humanity. Truly "group consciousness " and Space Consciousness of which Torkom Saraydarian speaks in "The Sense of Responsibility in Society" are closely related. They are states of consciousness belonging to the Future, the Aquarian Age, the coming age of man's maturity on many levels of being. One is drawn "closer to his Solar Angel, to the Hierarchy, to the Plan and to his own Inner Core" when he learns how to cooperate with others, with Nature, with the Law of Cooperation, and works toward goals for the Common Good. "In group work with all members working toward the group vision and goal" the author tells us: "Every advancing group is slowly drawn into the Hierarchy as vehicles of expression for the Hierarchical Plan for humanity." And he adds, "Every member of a group must aspire to such a relationship with the Hierarchy." The author gives greater understanding about friendship and the fourteen principles governing it. Much is also clarified about leadership, true leadership. Especially significant are these words: "A great leader is a true friend of a nation ... real leaders weep for the troubles of their nation and work to eliminate them" There is a great vision expressed by the author when he states the following: "Our nation needs citizens who are courageous and daring enough to open their minds and say, "There is something wrong with our system. History is repeating itself. Instead of becoming friendly with unrighteous leaders of other nations, let us become a friend to all the people in those nations. We need people we do not need tyrants." "If we were friendly with the people whom we now regard as enemies, we would not have to spend billions of dollars on ammunition, paid for by our tax dollars." Through these statements of fact, those who read this book should be inspired to ACT in ways change the status quo. This can be done by writing those in our nation who are in leadership places, especially in government, even the President, suggesting that they do-all they can to CHANGE OUR PRESENT DIRECTION toward a BETTER FUTURE, for a future worthy of our nation and its leadership status in the world. It is said that there is an "over-shadowing" of a significant leader or nation in the world by Hierarchical and Angelic energies, that leader or nation RIGHTLY CHOOSES its path for the Common Good of ALL peoples and nations in the world. America should be demonstrating her true destiny by presenting and "living up to" the Christ principles of Beauty, Goodness, Truth, Justice and Free- in all her international relationships.
