I was the production editor on the hardcover edition of Ms. Lewis's book (summer 1996--Carol Publishing). I was not a fan of opera or of the three tenors prior to working on this book, but Marcia's enthusiasm and eminently readable style gave me an appreciation for the art and the artists. It was a pleasure getting to know her and working with her, which is not something that editors can say very often about their authors!
