This book sums up Jimmy Cater perfectly. A FAILED PRESIDENT. Jimmy thought it was the American public who failed HIM not the other way around. Another world leader once thought that of his people, Adolph Hitler. If Jimmy can be summed up in one sentence, it would be, "he has never met a dictator that he did nnot kiss up to." In one word, "neopacifist."
