One of the better ones.

I am new to the market and social research scene. I have been through a few books on the topic in order to speed up my learning, I found that a lot of them where either to vague or to in-depth. I found that McGivern's book was one of the better ones around. The main reason was that it is up to date with the new technologies being used in Market Research as well as giving me a broad understanding of the business
