Great intro to 'whole foods' - good recipies and info

So a 'whole food' is apparently defined as veggies, whole grains, tofu, that sort of thing (I was wondering when I bought the book). This book has GREAT pictures and lots of information about whole foods as well as recipies (which look good, although I haven't tried them yet). If you are looking for a reference that will give you general background and info, this book can't be beat.
