Excellent Yoga book that is intelligent and comprehensive.

Vasanthi Bhat's book is a clear and comprehensive coverage of Hatha Yoga. Ms. Bhat's intelligence and extensive experience as a Yoga teacher shine through in this book. If you are looking to begin or to deepen your Yoga practice, this is a very useful book. Also, I would like to testify to the truth of the claims on the front cover of the book which state "Discover the tremendous benefits of ancient Yoga techniques to: relieve stress, improve health, prevent and heal ailments, achieve inner peace." Having done Yoga for two years now, I can fully affirm that Yoga is a great stess reliever and healer. Thanks to Vasanthi Bhat for bringing a good and helpful Yoga book into the world.
