Author Kerri Connor, a High Priestess of the Sisterhood of Les Feys D'Avalon, unveils the mysteries behind those elixirs of the past and present, showing readers how to prepare teas, infusions, oils, tinctures, lotions, and yummy potions to do magical things. Includes dozens of recipes for potions of all kinds Potable and non-potable potions Cauldrons, censers, and vials The magical uses of plants, from petals and leaves to woods and seeds Storing potions for use another day
I was expecting it to be from the Wiccan point of view, but that may be my fault with not looking over it beforehand. The view does tremendously well for it, though, and while I may never make a 'potion' with all the preparations of Wicca, I will most certainly use the information about which herb does what.
I keep this in my purse !

Small little book with so much fun information about teas, lotions, ect. The only thing I don't like about this book is that every recipe has almost 10 ingredients and I don;'t have all the stuff. But this book has gotten me excited about making my own lotions, and potions, and now I am looking for more books like this just larger. Gave me lots of ideas to spring off of, I'm sure I can still make stuff using only halfthe ingredients. Love this little pocketbook ! And it has list of places you can buy ingredients from or bottles from in the back. CUte !
