Every real estate agent on Earth should have one of these dictionaries on his desk. I get so fed up with agents using fuzzy terms when they could look in a book like this and use exactly the correct term. Legally, a wrong or fuzzy term could spell financial disaster for both an agent or a home buyer or seller.
