Diamond in the rough

This is a surprisingly interesting book on many philosophical dimensions of urban life. The topic at first may seem a little strange, but Arkes has a way of fanning out and covering areas that at first may not seem relevant to the subject matter. Easy to read, yet rigorously argued.
