Delicious, simple, and practical

The book wasn't over fussy with an overubundance of ingredients for the recipes. It is simple and easy and a book that a beginner can learn from.

Is there any other more wonderful match than food and wine? Those that have had a few such match events will profess, no. Here in this volume are some classics, plus few new creative examples.
