Massey is fascinating to hear and to read. He hits the nail on the head constantly and one will find themselves thinking "so that's why they behave as they do" and it's terrific to see how others think. This is a wonderful read. Joe Stokes, Idaho Falls

Refreshing Insights

Morris Massey consistently delivers refreshing insights into issues of gender, ethnicity and age in this book. In many ways, I would say that this book is an extension of his incredible speeches - many of which I have seen on video. If you haven't had a chance to read or see Morris, then you should - particularly if you are investigating the ways in which people work together (or, conversely the ways in which people fail to work together).
