He knows from the start that Risa didn't murder her partner, and after awhile it becomes apparent that someone may be trying to set her up. After her friends shun her, Risa has no one to turn to and finds herself turning to the man who could end up putting her in prison. This is a very good read. I felt Risa's pain as she finds her friends pulling back from her. She feels betrayed, and yet finds herself thinking that if in their shoes she'd be pulling back too to protect her career. Grady's fights the conflict of what evidence is showing and what his gut is telling him. And when passion flares between them, their careers are on the line. Women in Blue series ....
