What is reality? What is the dream? How do they intersect in each of our lives? A surreal hyperbole built on an incontrovertible truth, a mathematical parable imagined on a real unknown, desire.
We desire all the time, every minute, every second: we desire money, happiness, love, health, satisfying friendships, travel. While we desire, we create. We also desire anguish, destruction, apathy, loneliness. We do not realize it but they enter through the subconscious into our minds and form our reality. An unobjectionable paradigm indeed, that of Vanilla Options.
Claudia works in the financial products market, she is young, beautiful and intelligent, she has one sin, she is ambitious.
Francis is a poor man, a failure, a man who has nothing but his flair, his wit, his imagination, his dreams. In fact, he imagines through (lucid) dreams to change his reality.
Their lives intersect between imagination, nightmare and reality in a mad embrace that will chain them to each other.
