easy to read and but into everyday life

Excellent book which deals with today's problems using a bible passage. I gave a copy to our Pastor hoping he could use these in sermons. I have read the book twice now and still enjoy it.

Looking for a book to grow and learn about truth?

I bought this book as a result of reading The Good Life by Chuck Colson. Can you imagine that the Lord chose Chuck (He predestined Chuck) to become one of his greatest witnesses to the truth based on the history and circumstances from which Chuck arrived? I am still growing in Christ but I am truly drawn to what the Bible states as truth and Chuck's alignment with the truth. He brings very fresh perspectives and insights into what we need to know about the Bible and how it relates to the world's interpretations. He teaches us in so many ways that God loves EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING -- truly He does. He just doesn't like the sin. Read it for yourself, if for nothing else, to add to what you may or may not know.
