Pages poorly printed or drawn, not sure which

I was very disappointed by the quality of the art. I wasn't sure if the pictures were poorly printed or if they were just badly drawn. Much of the art is bland and could be from any fantasy series, not just GOT. I also received a copy that had already been colored in. VERY UPSET.
