Peter Townsend is bringing the struggle of the RAF, from the cockpit of his fighter into a very simple and good book. Very human portarit of the problems and thoughts of a pilot, and how lonely the sky can be. But the young RAF pilots just kept flying and dying to preserve their countrys freedom.
