If you have the right mind set this book is great

It helped me get my blood sugar down into the normal range after 20 years of pre=diabetes. The beginning is technical and I found parts difficult to understand. I had been working on mind set before I started reading this and found a way of eating that I could manage and I think I can maintain. It's about intermittent fasting, fasting, low carb and fats. After dieting for many years I think I found the answer!

Surprising good read.

Very good read if you are struggling with weight or diabetes. I was shocked by some of the facts the author lays out. Author also lays out basic steps in the book for life king healthy weight.

Do yourself a favor

Absolutely fantastic! Obesity is revealed in a completely different light. If you are a house your weight is a thermostat and whatever the temperature is set at is what you will return to regardless of diet and exercise. This book shows you how to set the thermostat. Very insightful and presents intuitive knowledge that is just common sense coupled with revelation. Best book I've ever read. Completely changed my life. Please, please please please.. please read it. All glory to God!
