This book is an encouraging find for the overweight, middle-aged, inexperienced, or injured person who seeks the physique of a football player. Whether the athlete is a "weekend warrior", an occassional player, a scholastic beginner, or a pure professional; this is an excellent training manual. This book can be an excellent tool for people coaching youth, adult independent league, and professional-level football. Of course, it is adviseable to go at your own pace when training and incorporating these techniques into your own workout.
