Important book for everyone, but especially for people in criminal justice roles.

Excellent writing and simple straight forward explanations of important and far reaching issues.

No shade to the book itself, just the condition of the book

I think a book with highlighting should not be listed as "Like New." The copy I received had both normal wear & tear, which is fine, but it also had significant highlighting. I ordered a "Like New" hoping it would be blank and only have wear & tear.
