I bought this book at The Goodwill Store in my city. I read it all the way through. It gave shocking testimonials about people who had lost 7 and 14 pounds in a week. I put the book down for a long time and didn't follow the advise. But almost 2 weeks ago, I decided to give the advise I learned from this book a try. I lost six pounds in about eight days eating what I wanted to eat. I didn't cut out my favorite foods because this book doesn't make you do that. Because this book is probably out of print, I would highly reccomend buying it. It is a must have if you don't want to give up your favorite tasty foods. That's why it has been so hard for me to lose weight. I crave and enjoy delicious food and good food lifts up my spirits. I would go into a depression if I had to eat bland rabbit food. If you are interested in publishing books, this diet book by Carlson Wade would be a wonderful book to invest in to re-print if it is indeed out of print. It really works and I didn't count calories nor did I starve.
