Finally the truth about network marketing schemes!!!

It is refreshing to finally find someone who has the nerve to expose network marketing schemes for what they really are- pyramid schemes that sell a product where only the people at the top make the money. Previous customer reviewer must be at the top of one of those pyramids because he ignores the specific examples and actual data on network marketing plans from the book. This information shows how much money people actually make in these network marketing plans as well as gives real life stories of those who have lost their savings and ruined their lives. I especially enjoyed the section on how to get rid of a network marketer when they call and try to sign you up! I know I used this great advice. I also enjoyed the books religious comments on the importance of the search for money in a Christian society. I also thought the book was fair in recognizing that there are certain advantages in some network marketing plans and gave advice on how to go about it correctly and with some measure of financial wisdom. In addition, the cartoons from Cal Grondel were very creative and funny!
The most honest review of network marketing I have seen.

I normally don't take the time to review the books I read, however, when I saw the review by Kruege I felt I needed to add my experience. I have been in marketing for many years, and am currently building new channels of marketing and distribution for a major computer manufacturer. In my life I have had experience marketing many products in many different ways including network marketing. I feel Taylors book is an honest and carefully researched report of the entire network marketing industry. It is not based solely on his experience, but on careful investigation of the fact and figures. His analysis is thorough and fair, both from a practical and ethical standpoint. It appears to me that Kruege is protecting her special position in network marketing by her remarks. Everyone considering network marketing should read this book, especially Latter Day Saints. It could prevent a lot of failures and lost time and money. I keep a small supply on hand and when I am aproached by one of my friends with the "network marketing opportunity of a life time", I simply respond: "Read this book and then we'll talk."
