This book is a good read for any woman who wants to get in shape and stay in shape. If you want to look good from head to toe. Very simple techniques and suggestions to achieve optimum health and beauty. This is def a keeper. I will always use this as a reference tool.

This is a book that was written in 1975 but the information is still relevant. Mary Crenshaw was way ahead of her time, and writes in an easy conversational manner. This is a keeper

The power of beauty

This book was up on my parent's shelf for years. A few years ago I started reading it. It was amazing, she talked about the Atkin's diet and why and how it didn't work. She also talked about Erno Laszlo, whose skin care products and methods, the 30 rinses in the sink, I had discovered years before. Now being only 26 I figure if I start to take care of myself now I'll be ahead of the game. This is a great book, and it was written in the 70s!!! Kelp, Lecithin and b6 to help you lose weight naturally... The only thing she didn't talk about was Coral Calcium and Alpha Lipoic Acid...I've been taking these for a week and my little wrinkles have disappeared underneath my eyes!!! find this one...reprint it... its great

I had this book back in the mid to late 70's when it was new. I found all sorts of helpful information that I still use, and recomment to others. When we went to Mexico City on vacation, somehow, the book was lost. Finally was able to fine a copy in our local library, and copied the formula for the "Hair Cocktail," which is wonderful for growing new hair for those of us who may have thinning hair, The information on skin care is great. I'm sure that a bit of updating would be benificial now, but I highly recommend the book to everyone.
