But when their parents are forced to cancel their summer vacation plans due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the friends decide to go out for the day to act out their latest campaign.

While heading out for their adventure they discover that their school building is strangely open when everything else in the city is closed. Sensing that something is amiss, they decide to sneak inside. What they discover is a secret door in the building's basement. Stepping through that door leads to a series of events which sweep them up in a real life adventure more fantastic than anything they ever imagined in their gaming.
