Chrismtas meditation

I enjoy all of Cantalamessa's writings. This small work takes the three canticles of the Gospel of Luke (Magnificat, Gloria and Nunc Dimmittis) and draws an abundance of material for reflection. Cantalemessa first considers each canticle in a historical setting and then moves towards a personal and spiritual interpration of the text. Very fitting for Christmas meditations or even to assist a bible study on the Gospel of Luke.
