I gave it 5 stars because I think it's excellent character study of both the hero and the heroine, she is a doormat but in the end she asserted herself and learns how to manipulate him. fantastic, another keeper.
A little depressing

I love Lynne Graham books. I love the emotions in her books. This one had emotion but I felt more sadness than anything else for this heroine. She lacks dress sense that only the hero can fix for her. They have been seperated for two years and after one year he begins sleeping with other people, while she continues being celibate, waiting for him to return and dressing bad. I loved Graham's "The Spanish Groom", he's an experienced guy but it isn't used as a device to make the heroine just seem pathetic. Please give me one leading lady that has dress sense, an education, and doesn't wait around for the guy to sleep with half the female population, and maybe just maybe she could sleep with someone anyone besides the worldly hero and it be a great sexual experience.
Intense, Strong, Alpha Male - Great Read

This was probably the most intense love story I've read in a long while. I wanted to strangle both characters. A great study as to why communication is so very important in a relationship. I really loved this book and highly recommend it!
