Elaine's products are wonderful. I have the portable method and I also have the regular Miracle Ball. I believe that both of these, which come with books have a lot of valuable information, that this should be sold as a set. I have an older DVD, which is good for a visual, then when you read the books, you have a better idea of how to work with the balls. Have sent this as a gift to my daughter and she was impressed...
