Preparing New Believers for Service

I really enjoyed this book. As a new pastor and a church planter it added to the foundation for training the people of God to be true servants of God's people. As a female I was disappointed that Hanby didn't affirm the call of women and referred only to men in leadership. However, that should be no deterrent for women in leadership gleaning what can be an asset to their ministries.
