The best marriage instruction I have ever received

This book clears up misconceptions about the purpose of marriage and the meaning of love. Building a strong marriage starts with the foundation of ministry- identifying and meeting your spouses needs, not your own. Dr. Binney does an excellent job of laying the groundwork for the right thinking that will produce the right attitude and actions toward your spouse. Many people view love as the basis of their marriage, but they understand love as a feeling. Feelings come and go, and when the feeling of "love" fades, marriages often end in divorce. Dr. Binney shows the reader that unlike feelings, love is something that is unnatural to mankind that needs to be developed. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to strengthen their marriage or save a failing marriage.
